1.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen
보험적용 regimen 없음

2.Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy regimen (complete resection이 된 경우)
보험적용 regimen 없음

3.Palliative chemotherapy regimen(locally advanced, metastatic, recurred, incomplete resection)
1) Gemcitabine alone
: Gemcitabine 1,000 mg/m2 for D1, D8, D15 and one week rest
One cycle consists of 4 weeks period
1. Macperan 10mg (1 ample) gemcitbine 투여 전
2. Anzemet (Dolasetron mesylate) 100mg (1 ample) + N/S 100 ml full drip gemcitbine 투여 전
3. Gemcitabine 1,000 mg/ m2 + N/S 100 ml for 1 hour

2) Gemcitabine/cisplatin
: Gemcitabine 1,000 mg/ m2 for D1, D8, D15, Cisplatin 80 mg/m2 for D1
One cycle consists of 4 weeks period
1. chemo 중 D/S 1 liter + KCl 0.5 ample + Masi 50% 0.2 ample 10gtt daily (cisplatin과 gemcitabine이 같이 들어가는 D1)
Gemcitabine order(D1, D8, D15)
1. Macperan 10mg (1 ample) gemcitbine 투여 전 (D1에서는 제외)
2. Anzemet (Dolasetron mesylate) 100mg (1 ample) + N/S 100 ml full drip gemcitbine 투여 전 (D1에서는 제외)
3. Gemcitabine 1,000 mg/ m2 + N/S 100 ml for 1hour
Cisplatin order (D1)
1. Macperan 10mg (1 ample) q 6 hour
2. N/S 0.45% 1 liter full drip
3. Lasix 40mg (1 T) cisplatin 시작하면서 복용
4. Anzemet (Dolasetron mesylate) 100mg (1 ample) + N/S 100 ml full drip cisplatin 투여 30분전
5. Cisplatin 70 mg/m2 + N/S 150ml for 2 hours
6. Mannitol 20% 500 ml full drip after cisplatin
7. D/S 5% 1 liter 30 gtt after mannitol
